Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of trades, transfer, dividend of funds and bonds;
• Process account opening on system;
• Process corporate action for funds and bonds;
• Liaise with external counter-parties on their request and queries;
• Assist in product on-boarding and set up on the system;
• Participate in system development projects, in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and deployment;
• Provide general administration and support to other Operations teams including Settlement team and CS team;
• Assist Team Manager in ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably from Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines;
• Experience on Custody & Nominee Services system - Euroclear will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and 1 to 2 years’ working experience in the banking industry or financial institution will be an advantage;
• Cooperative, responsible, detail minded and meticulous person with positive attitude, good stress management and fast paced working style;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
