Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with our clients and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner;
- Execute a range of banking and investment transactions (e.g. structured products, equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits and loans) for clients;
- Act as escalation contact for the client, several local and foreign banks, investment companies, brokers as well as internal departments;
- Provide administrative support to CROs on client meeting and business trip arrangement and expense reimbursement;
- Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines;
- At least 6 years of relevant client service experience in private banking;
- Excellent communication and client service skills;
- Good technical skills in using MS Office;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
