The responsibility of the Executive Officer – Chairman Office is to serve as an operational arm of the Chairman of the Group. Oversees the administrative supports and facilitate all internal and external communication works. The incumbent is also expected to support the business development project liaison works to help the Chairman and the senior executives of the project team to manage the further expand of the business in Mainland China and other foreign countries.

Responsibilities

1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and secretarial support to the Chairman.

2. Facilitate all communications and liaisons, both internal and external, according to the instruction of the Chairman.

3. Assist in diary management, travel arrangements, arranging project meeting and clients’ appointments.

4. Well co-ordination for all project preparation works, conducting research or feasibility study (including background check of the potential investors/business partners, financial analysis, legal environment, political and economical considerations) and compiling briefing documents to Chairman and the Business Development Project Team.

5. Participate into the contract terms negotiation works according to the instruction of the Chairman and contract preparation work with the assistance from internal or external legal team.

Requirements

1. University Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related disciplines, Master Degree holder will be an advantage;

2. 2 years experience in Corporate Finance, Investment or M&A project management; especially in Mainland China or other foreign markets;

3. Familiar with different basic valuation methods, research and financial analysis skills;

4. Excellence command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);

5. good communication, presentation and strong problem solving skills;

6. Candidate with other professional aspect (e.g. legal) will be an advantage.
