Your new role
- Coordinating with external recruiting partners/ candidates and hiring managers on interview arrangements
- Leading and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on on-boarding, HR administration support and off-boarding activities
- Documenting, tracking and maintaining records of workers engagement status
- Arranging meeting room bookings, conference calls, client and candidate functions/ entertainment
- Participating in timesheet management
- Leading and ensuring compliance within the internal referral program
- Ensuring high data-integrity on recruitment portal
- Providing assistance to team in particular to ad hoc report generation and market mapping (as required)
- Assisting with any ad hoc projects assigned by the onsite team
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organization and coordination ability to aid scheduling interviews, meetings and monitor details
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential. Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in an agile, complex and fast-paced working environment
- A team player; is able to work under stress and tight timeline
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge in Fieldglass would be a plus.
