Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Prepare mortgage and loan agreement to our clients
- Liaison with our law firm network for preparing legal documents to our clients
- Provide full range of administrative support to our team, including arranging for meeting, handling customers enquiry calls, drafting emails and other correspondences
- To maintain the office daily operation
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in education
- Minimum 2 years banking/financing industry experience
- Knowledgeable in Mortgage products and conveyancing
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with team and frontline staff
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge (specially Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams)
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
