Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Prepare mortgage and loan agreement to our clients
  • Liaison with our law firm network for preparing legal documents to our clients
  • Provide full range of administrative support to our team, including arranging for meeting, handling customers enquiry calls, drafting emails and other correspondences
  • To maintain the office daily operation


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in education
  • Minimum 2 years banking/financing industry experience
  • Knowledgeable in Mortgage products and conveyancing
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with team and frontline staff
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge (specially Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams)
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
