Responsibilities:

• Provide documentation such as process/data specification for existing/future process
• Work closely with operations / finance / marketing / communications / compliance and legal to confirm the requirement and analyses use cases / activity diagram
• Communicate with the internal users to understand the project vision and collect users' requirements and required standard
• Perform UAT  for the applications
• Attend industry wide discussions, summarize key takeaways and facilitate internal discussions based on predefined specifications

Requirement:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience of working in Banking would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, work effectively with business users
• Good organizational skills Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
• Effective presentation skills Subject matter expert Handles defined project or analytical tasks
• Good Command in Spoken and Written Cantonese and English
