Job Description
We are looking for someone who is excited to accept the challenges to work in a new CR team. You will be assisting team-lead implementing and deploying the CR applications, infrastructure and operations with cutting-edge technology. You must be client obsessed and act as the voice of client to influence internal stakeholders to achieve client experience excellence.

Handhold prospective clients for a seamless experience from onboarding to initial trades execution
- Proactively develop and enhance relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients and high net worth clients
- Maintain the daily operations procedures of team to ensure a smooth workflow in a timely manner
- Solicit clients' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
- To record, track and coordinate the resolution of all client queries
- Provide regular reports, data analysis and audit documents for management and client review
- Work closely with Team manager/ Operations manager, product owners or business to identify the areas of improvement based on client enquiries landscape
- Collaborate internally for case resolutions and streamline the workflow to enhance client experience
- Work closely with compliance team to ensure company procedures and compliance policies are fully complied
- Handle client issues analysis and other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Science or related disciplines
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in client relations or client services gained from banking or financial institutions (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized and strong in extracting, interpreting and leveraging data insights
- Good knowledge of investment products and basic knowledge in cryptocurrency/ blockchain technology will be advantageous
- Pleasant personality, client oriented, positive and can-do attitude
- A team player and able to work independently
- Ready to work in a fast-paced new business environment and embrace changes as the business develops
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
