Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and consumer loan applications.
• Follow up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption.
• Promote loan products to new and existing customers.
• Perform administrative support to CS/Credit department (e.g. data input, document filing, scanning and reporting).
• Prepare Ad hoc reports as required
• Maintain good customer relationships to enhance business growth.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1 - 2 years of CS or telemarketing experience, specialized in consumer loan/ mortgage/ finance business preferable but not necessary.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.

Candidate with more experience shall be considered as Customer Service Officer.
