This is a fantastic opportunity for Data Analytics & Performance Management Professional to partake in different career defining business growth initiative, such as our upcoming industry first new channel partnership.

For strong candidates with less experience will be considered for a Data Analytics & Performance Management Specialist position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy and oversee data analytics projects including design and development of omni-channel contact management platform for sales and services and effective integration of customer value, analytics, and modelling in the context of the customer life cycle management
  • Develop sales and marketing analytics into an integrated single decisioning platform powered by cutting edge technology and cross-functional operating model
  • Collaborate with business users and channel teams to drive business cases on providing best suggested action to customers via omni-channel customer decisioning and deployment capability to achieve the business targets

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years insurance/ FIs business experience
  • Consulting or agency experience is added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal ability and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree required with Data Science or Statistics related subject preferred
