Job Description
Our client is an global insurance company. They are looking for Customer Service Officer (non-sales role) to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective inbound call services to customers for product and service inquiry
- Handle enquiries and complaints regarding to insurance policy operation
- Report potential crisis and complaint to supervisor
- Provide advice on handling customer enquiries
- Liaise with clients to resolve client requests or enquiries and provide quality services to clients
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service (preferred)
- IIQE Paper 1, 3 are preferred
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
- Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior role
- Immediately available is highly preferred
