• Lead a team to develop and operate online and offline personal lending products
• Review, recommend and approve the credit policy to loan approval and credit assessment
• Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for the criteria of credit approval and product development
• Keep abreast of up-to-date mobile technologies to continuously enhance and develop personal lending products
• Formulate and review the related policies and procedures and prepare various reports for management

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related disciplines
• 8 years or above solid experience in credit assessment in Banking or Finance
• Sound knowledge in various personal lending products and the regulatory requirements of credit management
• With experience in mobile application development is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
