Responsibilities

-   Building and improving the regular data analysis system of corporate banking department

-    Providing regular business analysis reports of corporate banking department

-   Analysing and summarizing business development and operation management, and proposing development recommendations

-  Coordinating the completion of various management statistical reports within the corporate banking department

-   Manipulate data from various data sources for statistical studies and reviews

-   Support the enrichment of database and coordinate the conduct of user acceptance testing and test cases planning

-   Coordinate with various parties to produce timely and accurate regulatory and management reports, as well as maintain the work procedure of related processes

-    Assist to formulate various sales scorecards, including scheme design and target setting

-    Prepare presentation materials to facilitate discussion with and present to top management

Requirements

-     Minimum 3 years of business strategy planning, analysis or business administration experience in corporate/commercial banking industry

-     Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology or related discipline

-      High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must

-      Proficiency in data analyses using statistical or programming tools as SAS, SQL, VBA, Pythoon and Tableau is an advantage

-      Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

-      Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize

-      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight timeline under pressure

-      Candidates with less experience will be considered for Officer roles
