Responsibilities:

• Partnership management for life & GI insurers
• Manage overall insurance P&L and annual budgeting 
• Lead an Insurance Sales team to achieve sales target 
• Plan sales & marketing strategy including sales incentives program, customer offer, promotion, etc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in sales process, insurer & product due diligence, etc. 

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in life insurance, GI experience is a plus
• Solid working experience in bancassurance distribution, sales management/ sales and product management
• Exposure in commercial/SME banking or HNW/UHNW segments is preferred  
• Valid IIQE 1,2,3
• Strong product knowledge & market sense 
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, strong in driving initiatives 
• Excellent stakeholder management, channel engagement and people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
