Our client is a Fintech company. To cope with their rapid growth of the business, they are currently recruiting CS officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via emails or chats
• Assist in operating order transactions
• Provide services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
• Keep accurate records of request and resolution and ensure assigned jobs are completed within the standard service time with good quality
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Economics, Finance or Business related disciplines
• 1 year or above working experience in Operations or Customer Services
• Good command in written Spanish and spoken Mandarin is a must
• Strong self-motivation, attentive to detail, able to work independently
• Willing to perform night shift duty
• Candidates with less qualifications and experience will be considered as a Customer Services Assistant
