Responsibilities:

• Budget planning and control of marketing expenditure
• Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals
• Lead and design customer promotions and sales incentive program
• Internal & external communications to roll out of sales and marketing initiatives 
• Ensure bancassurance channel marketing activities are comply with regulatory requirements 

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in marketing with previous Bancassurance Marketing experience a must 
• Good knowledge of Bancassurance operations and insurance products
• Excellent analytical and numeric skills
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director
