What you’ll be doing?

• Perform daily settlement operation, including securities & options, corporate actions, IPO & Placement and other CCASS operations
• Define and monitor day-to-day settlement procedures to streamline workflow
• Ensure operational procedures in compliance with the regulators and in-house policies
• Track all trades, data input, fund in/ out transactions, prepare reports and client statement on daily basis
• Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned

Who are we looking for?

• DSE or above
• Minimum 3-year experience in securities settlement
• Knowledge in CCASS operations
• Good communication and analytical skills, attentive to detail
• Responsible, well-organized and ability to work independently
• Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese, preferable fluency in Putonghua
• You will have an advantage if you are
