Job Descriptions:

1) Process all supporting tasks for middle office including

• Ensure investment orders are properly executed and proceeded including but not limited to proper voicelog
• Execution and Transactions processing, such as Investment Order Support and IPQ
• Provide day to day support to CWM RMs on documentation, take care of queries from internal/external parties. etc
• Assist CWM RMs to prepare meeting and presentation materials
• Perform Month end valuation, prepare investment management information and reports
• Other new business initiatives for middle office support

2) Perform administrative duties and adhoc support on incident events
3) Implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory
    requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Economics or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in bank industry and qualification in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
• Good Command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Courteous, pleasant and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task
• Proficiency in PC software i.e. Words and Excel
• Stagger hours support may be required (e.g. 10:00am – 7: 00pm)
