Responsibilities

• Pair with Relationship Managers (RMs) within a district (3-5 branches) to provide professional insurance planning services and pre-sales information
• Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for wealth management with Branch/ District Managers
• Implement sales initiatives to drive district insurance sales performance
• Provide training to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge, market updates and selling skills
• Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 2 year's banking experience in insurance sales
• Qualifications in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3
• Strong sales, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of client needs and a role model in being responsive
