Job Description
Our client, an US based financial institution, they are looking for an Client Services Associate, Global Trade, Institutional Sales Team, the job requirements is as follow:-
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- University graduate with 3+above from financial institutions experience as trade assistant or client services associate or dealer or trader or related;
- Support sales and clients by investigating trade and resolving queries;
- Providing operational support for difference offices across APAC;
- Handle trade reconciliation, trade records, trade process and flow problems;
- Maintain good business relationship with clients to ensure all client needs are met in an efficient manner;
- Communicate with HQ and other APAC offices when is needed;
- Able to travel when is required;
- Work Location: Hong Kong or Singapore Office; (Candidate is willing to move to Singapore is added advantage);
- Speak Korean is a must, fluent English.
