• Monitor and control financial accounting operations, with focus on financial systems management and development;
• Prepare and review financial analysis, group consolidation and management reports, provide advice to management on finance related matters;
• Take leadership on budgeting;
• Provide support to annual and special projects audits;
• Monitor compliance and development for effective financial controls and procedures;
• Provide training and develop subordinates;
• Lead ad hoc projects.

• University graduate in accounting and member of professional accountancy body;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 4 years in managerial position;
• Good leadership skills, and a team player to work in collaboration with others to deliver results;
• Strong communication skills, highly analytical with logical thinking;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines;
• Good command of English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience in Epicor System is preferred;
• With less experience may be considered for the post Assistant Executive Manager - Finance
