Company Profile 
Our client is a fast-growing property investment firm. They are looking for a KYC / CDD Officer to strengthen their private fund offerings particularly within real estate private equity and need an operations and accounting specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with in-house functional teams in Asia Pacific for supporting of business operations
• Execute the full KYC cycle 
• Obtain customer information to complete the CDD/EDD review collaboratively
• Prepare financial and risk analysis reports included forecasting and budgeting 
• Ensure the KYC process is completed accurately and review finance documents from banks, legal counsels etc
• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance and update on related customer CDD profile
• Provide support and advice to business units on KYC related issues or matters
• Perform business related ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Preferably a degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years CDD/KYC/AML Compliance related experience gained in banking or financial institution
• Knowledge of banking operations procedures, banking products & loan facilities and good understanding on KYC requirement
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, positive working attitude, well-organized, detail minded, strong organizational skills
• Independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (include Putonghua)
