• Provide compliance support to ensure business activities comply with regulatory requirements
• Analyse new legislation or regulatory changes issued by HKMA/SFC and bringing the awareness of the business teams
• Formulate, review and update compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance review and staff training on compliance issues
• Act as focal contact for regulators and other government authorities as required
• Lead and assist in ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience in banking industry
• Sound familiarity with relevant laws, rules and regulations, codes and guidelines of HKMA and SFC
• Good knowledge of financial market products
• Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese and Mandarin
