- Platform & channel owner of digital wealth end to end capabilities
- Leads online investment product initiatives with customer obsessive thinking, standard and journey
- Leads Insurance digitalization includes products, partnership initiative integrations & O2O process optimization
- Familiar with RegTech

Profile

• Familiar with digital channel, investment, insurance and RegTech
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital fund distribution channel
• Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation and fund manager research
• Strong experience in fund distribution at banks is a plus
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements in online fund distribution
• Sensitive to investment market dynamics
• Excellent numerical analytical skill
• Good understanding of Hong Kong wealth/investment regulatory framework
• Sound knowledge of digital retail investment products and operations
• Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
• Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
