興業銀行香港分行為有志於銀行業發展的年輕畢業生提供學習及就業機會，畢業生培訓計畫旨在培養高潛力的年輕畢業生於商業銀行領域作長期職業發展。為應屆畢業生提供為期六個月的工作機會和專業培訓，培訓生將會被委以挑戰性的工作任務，並通過崗位實習、在職培訓、項目任務及在多個不同專業領域的上司帶領下學習，獲取難得而寶貴的經驗，更好地做好準備在銀行業開展職業生涯。

入職要求

•  2022應屆大學本科、碩士研究畢業生； 

• 主修經濟、金融、會計、法律、風險管理、資訊技術、數理統計及新能源、新材料等新興專業； 

• 具有良好的學習和研究分析能力、語言與文字表達能力、組織協調能力和團結合作意識，能夠承擔工作壓力；

• 可合法在港受僱工作。
