Exciting new role for you

• Conduct compliance and risk assessment activities, including targeted regulatory reviews, compliance surveillance, e-communication monitoring and reporting, and testing effectiveness of compliance controls, as requested
• Assist with regulatory, internal, or other third-party audit/informational requests
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for compliance team members, including creation and management of department procedure manual, department system access, and organizational charts

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of compliance – financial services as well as Python skills.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 years' experience within financial services or fintech industry operations
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team and ability to foster working relationships
• Strong business acumen and process-oriented thinking
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Strong investigative and analysis skills with the ability to handle confidential information
• Automation experience a plus.
• Good Python skills or Tableau, RSA Archer, R and Visi
• Prior experience in Risk Management, Compliance
