Our Investment Department is currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for supporting the Team to assess ESG performance of companies, with a focus on the HK/China region
• ESG Research: Support Investment team in ESG analysis, including company research and review, providing insights into ESG risks and opportunities, and developing the firm’s proprietary ESG scoring system
• Stewardship: Support Engagement activities with focus on HK/China companies.  These activities include setup of meeting objective, arrangements of meetings including interviews, phone calls, and emails etc., and helping to monitor outcomes
• ESG Integration: Support investment manager to fully utilize the ESG rating system to evaluate their investment position with ESG consideration
• Product development: Contribute to future development of the firm’s ESG-themed products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior working experience in investment research is an advantage
• Highly detail-oriented, strong ability to analyze / interpret information and data
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure, a good self-learner, mature and disciplined
