Our client is a world's leading investment bank and financial services company.

- Work closely with client outreach team, policy team and AFC team to re-mediate existing client population
- Track status through the review approval processes and monitor any conditions placed upon their approval
- Identify client ownership, revenue review and determine client classification
- Interpret AFC/AML and KYC policy changes
- Deliver client metrics around remediation process
skills & experiences required.
- At least 3 years working as KYC or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
- Experience in client onboarding and/or client service
- Understand the global market and investment banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing
