Job Description

Job Descriptions
- Lead the Employee Services team to achieve the annual sales target
- Manage the team to deliver to the client satisfaction with high quality of services
- Develop the value propositions of the Employee Services with different parties
- Identify new business opportunities through implementing new strategies to grow the business
- Manage the team to follow best-practice work processes to ensure high quality of service and deliverables to clients and compliance to internal control process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in financial industry with knowledge about MPF and wealth management
- Holder of Insurance, SFC and MPFA license is a must
- Holder of CPA/CFA is a plus
- Strategic mind to develop the business
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities and leadership skills to embrace fast earning, pioneering and be able to work independently and act as a good team player
- Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
