Our client, a leading insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team. 

Responsibilities:-

• Provide accurate and efficient payment service to Policyholders, agents and brokers
• Collect premium and deposit properly, and issue receipts
• Maintain proper files and records of Cashier
• Perform reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of daily collection
• Handle payment related enquiries from policyholders, agents and brokers
• Communicate and follow up request related to Cashier from other internal departments

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above plus 3 years’ working experience in banking / insurance industry
• Relevant experience in cashier, teller and counter services preferred
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem solving skill and strong customer service mindset
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
