Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide support on servers, various communication systems, intranet or IT related equipments
• Operate and provide support for the production and Disaster Recovery Site
• Assist in the operations of data communications equipment in the company
• Perform daily computer processing tasks
• Maintain the IT fixed assets inventory and relevant database
• Provide technical support service to internal users
• Communicate, coordinate, with other fellow shift operators, supervisors, other IT colleagues and users effectively
• Perform ad-hoc IT related assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5/ DSE graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
• With knowledge of server administration is an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Shift duty is required
• Fresh graduate with sound IT knowledge will be also considered
