Our client, a well-known investment bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

1. Participate initial evaluation and due diligence on new project
2. Create deal structure together with team
3. Prepare investment report and liaise with Compliance/Legal/Risk team to get the clearance for outstanding issues on investment report
4. Select and appoint external service providers for investment product
5. Coordinate and work with internal and external parties to prepare product documents.
6. Liaise with investors with KYC/AML
7. Communicate with investors for reporting issues
8. Work with operation team and administrator on NAV calculation
9. Handle other Ad hoc issues
10. All other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

Requirements:

1. University or above or equivalent professional qualification
2. Generally, with around 5 years of relevant work experience
3. Good professional training background
4. With a good practical skills in this position
5. Proactive and eager to learn
6. Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements
7. Good problem-solving skills
8. Strong team spirit
9. Good presentation and communication skills
10. Good language skills, English & Chinese (esp. Putonghua)
11. Division Head / MD should make judgement if the job holder cannot fulfill the above requirements
