VP Credit Risk Management – PRC Securities Brokerage 

Responsibilities

• Experienced credit approver with a proven track record within Margin Financing Loans in Hong Kong
• Lead credit team and monitor client’s margin levels and conduct margin calls
• Assist in gathering and analyzing market information to help monitor the performance of credit facilities utilization to identify early signs of credit deterioration and upload information regarding IPOs to the company’s website.
• Perform credit due diligence and analysis on clients and counterparties that may range from individuals or private companies with applicable regulatory guideline and/or industry best practices;
• Provide professional credit risk matters;
• Develop credit risk policies and monitor the compliance of these policies; Credit Margin Financing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of HK market and credit experience in a leading global financial institution / Securities Brokerage
• Familiar with margin financing in securities brokerage or Financial institution firm
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to independently handle internal market and credit-related issues
• Solid skills of MS Office and familiar with macros and programming languages
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages
