Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with different internal departments and external parties for business support process.
  
• Supervise and support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
• Liaise with financial advisers on pending cases and service requests.
• Handle financial advisers' enquiries and provide professional and accurate response with service standard.
• Assist in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the business support and administration area.
• Relevant IFA working experience is a definite plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
