Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cash flow management, audit, taxation, forecasting and management report Requirements;
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports;
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all types of financial and management reporting;
• Prepare the commissions for Savings Plan, Life Insurance, EB & GI for consultants and agents;
• Supervise accounting staff to perform daily operations and month-end accounts closing procedure;
• Prepare for the necessary financial report for the regulators, CIB and MPFA;
• Prepare for salaries tax, professional indemnity renewal and auditing document per year;
• Liaise and coordinates with various working parties and internal department;
• Enrollment of CIB/MPFA license for the new consultants

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification;
• Minimum 2 years related experience in Insurance industry is preferable;
• Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel) and hand-on experience in accounting system;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, dynamic and organized;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Immediate availability is preferred
