Responsibilities:

• Implementation and maintenance support in system and networking security solutions
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
• Perform configuration, software updates, deployment and maintenance of all PCs at workable level
• Troubleshoot email, software, hardware, networking and all other computer related issues

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services
• Be Able to provide good customer service & good communication skill
• Be Familiar with Microsoft Windows operation and networking
• Self-motivated, quick learner and strong sense of responsibility
• Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
