Job Responsibilities:

• Support the full post-trade life cycle and develop strong relationship with clients
• Perform daily checks on all post-trade processes and follow up on any urgent items
• Keep strong relationship with our key clients and respond to all clients requests
• Engage the front Office in the issues surrounding settlements, payments and confirmations
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions to report KPI's
• Provide advice for new added-value services based on customer feedback and help on the implementation
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems trough to resolution

Ideal Candidates:

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years related experiences
• Great knowledge in investment products, includes but not limited to fixed income, equity.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English and Japanese
• Abe able to face Japanese clients
• Self-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of SUMMIT, SOPHIS, MUREX and CALYPSO is a plus
• Location can be in Tokyo or Hong Kong
