Head of Enterprise Services IT (Job ID 3660 - ITD)
Position Summary:
To manage the implementation of projects involving the development and maintenance of enterprise service applications in both head office and overseas branches.

Responsibilities:
- Be a team member of Information Technology Department
- Manage the development and maintenance of enterprise service applications
- Conduct feasibility study for prospective projects in relation to new initiatives or enhancement of enterprise services related applications
- Perform evaluation of software and hardware products relevant to enterprise service applications
- Assist business units and drive team members in resolving any identified issues that affect application stability or normal functionalities
- Liaise with business units and project teams to ensure project progress is as planned.
- Perform project management functions and assist in enforcing various departmental standards and policies
- Lead and manage subordinates in achieving business goals and to work on talent cultivation and development
- University graduate in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Preferably over 18 years’ working experience in IT with at least 10 years in an IT project management role for large-scale, complex IT projects
- Knowledgeable in banking applications and related processes would be an advantage
- Excellent project management skills with proven experience in managing all facets of large-scale IT implementation projects and meeting target
- Experienced in working with outsourcing service providers and vendors
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferable
