Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise the product hotlines and complaint handling for the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme and the 100% Personal Loan Guarantee Scheme, and new business initiatives;
- Take lead in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders;
- Provide support to the development, implementation and management of loan guarantee products and new business initiatives to accomplish business goals and corporate objectives;
- Provide appropriate and timely advice and analytical input into business initiatives;
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects assigned from time to time; and
- The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.
- Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
- Be an accredited general mediator of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited is an added advantage;
- A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience, including 5 years relevant supervisory experience;
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, positive work attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, good team spirit and excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Putonghua; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet skills.
