- Reporting to the COO, you will be management a team of 6-7 covering wealth management operations
about the job.
- Manage end to end settlement cycle from trade booking, verification, reconciliation, event notification, trade advice/contract note and monthly statement issuance for private banking products including payment, cash, FX/remittance and investment products
- Support client onboarding process including new account opening and periodic review
- Lead and contribute in projects and conduct UAT for system migration
- Review and update SOPs; identify operational painpoint and make recommendation to increase efficiency and ops risk
- Manage and provide guidance to team members and make reasonable judgement on manpower allocation
- Liase with other departments and head office on management issues
skills & experiences required.
- At least 10 years of operations experience preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management
- At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Experience in market systems like SWIFT, RTGS, Creation-Online, Vestima, BondConnect, WealthConnect, etc.
- Knowledge of wealth management products like fixed income/bonds, structured notes, mutual funds, investment funds, local and overseas equities, structured products, etc.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirement like FATCA, CRS, DPS, etc.
- Good command in Mandarin, Cantonese and fluency in English
