As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Overall responsibilities

Conducting detailed analysis on revenues, trends, country market updates, and priority clients to identify white space areas Supporting with pulling together of monthly and quarterly reports and insights for leadership meetings (e.g. EB meeting, TW Partners meeting, TW and CN/HK collaboration meeting, SG and CN/HK collaboration meeting, etc) Enhancing the current infrastructure of bi-party collaboration to enable further teaming and opportunity identification Supporting cross-strait game changer accounts Master Kong and Hon Hai on account analysis, plan, updates, APW preparation, and reporting to leadership Supporting with global and regional projects/initiatives including research, analysis, and presentations to leadership Supporting with digitising of CaTSH reporting in Salesforce and finance including reconciliation of data output, analysis on data discrepancies, and pulling together of “hybrid” report (for areas that are not able to be automated)

Detailed responsibilities

Taiwan and CN/HK collaboration

  • Support in developing materials (including analysing data, pulling together financial results, and collaboration updates) for TW and CN/HK collaboration meetings and TW partners meeting
  • Support in pulling together xLoS strategy/plan and beginning of year budget
  • Support in conducting research on high growth clients and areas suitable for collaboration
  • Support in driving initiatives and setting up infrastructure with xLoS teams to expand on collaboration (e.g. DRD, EPB, tri-party collaboration, etc)

Singapore and CN/HK collaboration

  • Support in developing materials (including analysing data, pulling together financial results, and collaboration updates) for SG and CN/HK collaboration meetings
  • Support in pulling together xLoS strategy/plan and beginning of year budget
  • Support in conducting research on high growth clients and areas suitable for collaboration
  • Support in driving initiatives and setting up infrastructure with xLoS teams to expand on collaboration (e.g. setting up additional structure for SG and CN/HK team, ESG, tri-party collaboration, etc)

Priority accounts (Master Kong and Hon Hai)

  • Monitor important news updates and draft summary for account teams
  • Pull together materials for Master Kong monthly core team catch up (wins and revenues report, one pager dashboard, summary of notes, etc)
  • Support in analysing wins and opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Support in developing detailed xLoS plan/strategy for core team to pursue
  • Support in coordinating and developing materials for APWs

Salesforce initiative – digitising our collaboration results

SG and CN/HK

  • Draft and update detailed project plan for initiative to digitise SG and CN/HK collaboration’s reporting
  • Prepare agenda for weekly catch up with CN/HK and SG Salesforce team
  • Extract data from Salesforce and finance dashboard and perform data reconciliation with large volumes of data to identify discrepancies
  • Support in following up with xLoS teams for information on projects and updates needed in Salesforce for opportunities

TW and CN/HK

  • Prepare agenda for weekly catch up with CN/HK and TW Salesforce team
  • Extract data from Salesforce and finance dashboard and perform data reconciliation with large volumes of data to identify discrepancies
  • Support in following up with xLoS teams for information on projects and updates needed in Salesforce for opportunities

Quarterly reporting

  • Support in pulling together materials (including analysing data, pulling together financial results, and CaTSH updates) for:
    • Taiwan Partners meeting
    • Executive Board meeting
    • Master Kong Executive Office catch up
    • Cross-strait tax leaders catch up
    • Management Board meeting (as needed)
    • Shareholders meeting (as needed)

Asia Business Group

  • Support in pulling together monthly reports on inbound revenues, trends / economic updates, and collaboration updates with Taiwan 
  • Support in revenue analysis on inbound and outbound clients and trends
  • Support in pulling together presentations for Global China Business Leaders meetings

Global and regional initiatives

  • Support with projects/initiatives from Global and APA including research and analysis
  • Support with developing materials for presentations requested by Global and APA

Other requests

  • Support in pulling together research and materials on hot topics for sharing with SG and TW teams
  • Support in summarising meeting takeaways to drive alignment with stakeholders and following up on action items

Skills preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical skills and with excel including ability to use vlookup, pivot tables, and other functions
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
