Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
-Supervise a team supporting the business units in completing KYC assessment including but not limited to regular review and trigger event review
-Ensure all related procedure and documentation are properly executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
-Conduct procedure reviews on an on-going basis and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
-Work closely with business units to provide effective advisory and support services
-Liaise with related stakeholders on AML assessment related matters
-Prepare and review management reports
-Provide coaching to team members
-Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head and/or Division Head

Requirements:
-Degree holder
-Minimum 3 years control-related experience on AML and KYC experience in a sizable financial institution and/or regulatory bodies (with at least 2 years solid experience in handling customer on-boarding operations)
-Qualification in ECF is preferred
-Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure
-Possession of good knowledge on banking operations, products and services. Self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
-AML/CFT compliance knowledge is preferred
-Familiar with the banking ordinance and rules, codes and guidelines issues by HKMA
-Project management experience is preferred
-People-oriented and a team player
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
-Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
-Strategic minded with good business acumen
-Pragmatic with strong drives for results
