Your new company

The company you will be joining is a top-notch multinational insurance and asset management company with more than a century of excellent track record globally and over 90 years in Asia. Going strong and still expanding, they are looking for multiple passionate customer service professionals to join their life insurance team based in their Hong Kong office.

Your new role

• Provide information about insurance products and services in response to customer’s enquiries
• Build trust with customers and resolve dissatisfaction if necessary
• Follow up with customers feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist team leaders to handle escalated case
• Provide on-the-job guidance to juniors on complex enquiries.

 What you'll need to succeed 

• At least 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment (candidates with extensive experience will considered as Assistant Manager)
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Open-mindedness, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• IIQE qualifications would be an advantage
