Main Responsibilities - Expand and develop auto loan portfolio by managing relationships with car dealers, SME and consumer customers

• Manage business sourcing and application quality to meet satisfactory credit and audit review
• Develop and maintain good relationship with business partners to enhance the Bank's visibility and strengthened market position in the related fields
• Conduct cross-selling of other banking products to the auto loan customer base including but not limited to credit card, general insurance, personal loan and banking accounts etc.
• Identify and negotiate with customers to complete auto loan deals as well as to ensure good after-sales service supported by various units
• Obtain market intelligence to help management monitor auto loan business and competition
• Provide feedback to management on any deterioration in the service quality of the dealers
• Participate in all promotional activities of all banking products

Requirements - University degree with minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer banking area

• Relevant experiences in Hire Purchase/Leasing AND/OR Unsecured lending products
• Good interpersonal skills and with experiences in business development and managing external business partnership
• Capability to lead, manage change, drive result and communicate at all levels
• Aggressive, result-oriented, good communication skills
• Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and good communication skills in Mandarin
• Ability to be proactive and possess the maturity to work independently, able to work under high pressure with strong business acumen
