Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1 and 3 regulated activities
• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures
• Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding regulatory and licensing matters.
• Participate in investment products launch
• Deliver investment performances according to established risk and return targets of each portfolio
• Oversee the daily operation to ensure the activities are in compliance with regulatory requirement at all times.
• Assist senior management on the Firm’s investment function

Requirements

• Must be a current SFC Type 1 and 3 Responsible Officer License holder.  
• Minimum 3 years of trading experience in HK and US stocks is required
• Understanding of settlement of Hong Kong and US stocks
• Sound knowledge in SFC regulations and Investment Products is preferred.
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese languages.
