Our client is a leading financial institution, they are currently seeking for  Senior Associate / Associate (Mortgage Underwriting) to join their team.

• To perform mortgage loan underwriting/approval for Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP).
• To liaise with authorized institutions on loan servicing for MIP.
• To track loan portfolio performance. 

• Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years' solid mortgage underwriting experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• Keeping abreast of the credit policy and control procedure in mortgage lending.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in PC/spreadsheet applications.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
