Job Responsibilities:

-              Implement and maintain the Bank's credit risk framework, policies and methodologies;

-              Update the Group Approving Authority's Credit Discretionary Limits (CDL) and monitor its transactional CDL;

-              Monitor and manage the credit risk-related Risk Appetite Limit, credit risk concentration, counterparty credit risk, ESG risk and special assets etc;

-              Monitor delinquency, NPL and ECL stage 3 provisiontrends for the Bank’s credit portfolios

-              Monitor and report any country and cross border exposure;

-              Provision of independent and timely risk assessment of the Bank’s overall credit risk profile to the Management;

-              Design the stress tests (assumptions, parameters, methodologies, scenarios, etc) and review the results of the tests before submission HQs for endorsement;

-              Review, maintain and update the Bank’s Credit Stress Test Policy;

-              Support any Basel / regulatory implementation for credit risk;

-              Supporting any ad-hoc Credit Risk related project / task from time to time assigned by H.O. and / or local management;

-              Act as an independent credit risk control unit for model deployment and monitoring and risk system maintenance;

-              Provision of risk advisory in respect of credit risk management and local regulatory credit risk regime; and

-              Supervise and coach a credit risk team and reporting directly to local Head of RiskManagement, and Group Head of Credit Risk Management.

Job Requirements

-              University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration and /or Economics

-              CFA / FRM / ECF-CRM / ECF-TM candidate or holder preferable;

-              Minimum 10 years of work experience in banking industry with relevant background;

-              Good knowledge on commercial banking products with familiarity with local credit;

-              Regulatory regime and experience with regulator an added advantage;

-              Solid risk management knowledge and skill with particular focus on credit risk management;

-              Knowledge on Basel II / III / IV within context of credit risk management;

-              A good sense of numerical and logical reasoning and detailed mind; and

-              Good report and policy writing skills.
