Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in design, monitor and implement risk management framework particularly credit risk management;
2. Responsible for credit risk analysis and research on Business lines including but not limited to margin financing, TRS, REPOs, bond-linked notes and structure notes and potential prime brokerage business etc;
3. Work closely with Credit Control team for monitoring any irregularities and special approval term for type 1 and type 2 business;
4. Independently design and model the margin ratio methodology for various type of collaterals particularly HK, CN and US equity and fixed income bond etc;
5. Responsible for Counterparty Risk framework formulation for various Business lines’ aggregated monitoring for the purpose of pre-trade approval and post-trade monitoring;
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on credit term negotiation and others relevant review on ISDA/CSA/GMRA/GMSLA etc;
7. Liaise with F&A Department on FRR stress test or liquidity stress test to ensure full compliance on SFC rule and regulation and inhouse policy;
8. Assist in risk management oversight for oversea subsidiary JVCo covering ASEAN, US and UK as instructed by Head of Risk Management;
9. Responsible for others risk management tasks or reports to Head of Risk Management and Senior Management and the Board and/or Headquarter;
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Risk Management.

Requirement:

1. Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics or related discipline; Qualification in CFA/FRM/CAIA is an advantage;
2. 7+ years hands-on experience gained from financial institutions, particularly credit risk management;
3. Experience with Bloomberg MARS / Reuters is desired;
4. Good knowledge in financial products, e.g., HKEX equity, A-share, future, fixed income, cross-border TRS, repos, BLN and structure products etc; Experience on prime brokerage is an advantage;
5. Proactive, responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
6. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
