Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative & clerical support to Operations Department;
• New Business and after-sales document processing;
• Data maintenance of Grandtag clients automation system;
• Responsible for customer services and handling enquiries;
• Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company.

Requirement

• HKDSE or above
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Familiar with financial / insurance industry is an advantage
• Eager to learn, self-motivated with strong initiative
• Detail-minded, mature and with a passion to serve
• Being able to work independently
• Good command in Mandarin and English
• Good PC skills and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates or IANG visa holders are welcome
