Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling HK equities business including: performing account opening, KYC procedure, AML measure
• Provide effective services to customers for product inquiry;
• Identify customer service trends, analyze data for actionable insights and spearhead strategic plans from conception to implementation;
• Assist in client on-boarding and document checking processes;
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers;
• Act quickly on developments in local or PRC market, capture the opportunities and Identify new business opportunities;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

• University degree or above;
• At least 1 years of customer services experience with HK equities sector in financial institution or brokerage firm;
• Holder of SFC license (Type 1) preferred but not a must;
• Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service;
• Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• IANG and Fresh Graduate are both welcome.
