Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund operation tasks such as preparing trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation and corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management.
• Liaise with service providers such as fund custodian, fund administrator, brokers and auditors.
• Handle subscription, redemption and monitor various fund operation issues
• Understand key business requirements that impact operation and work with internal teams to ensure business demands are met
• Partner with various departments to streamline processes and create new workflows
• Handle new business projects including new products roll-out and system UAT
• Escalate requests from internal and external clients and prioritize them in terms of importance and feasibility
• Contribute to operational workflows, and infrastructure addressing internal and external requirements
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to be directed by Department Head.

• University graduate preferably with minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund operations
• Knowledge in NAV & Fund Accounting is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge on Excel spreadsheet formula setting and Proficiency in common PC applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
